Starlink and ZINAD Officially Seal Strategic ICT Distribution Partnership

Starlink, a leading technology and telecommunications provider in Qatar and a subsidiary of Ooredoo Group, has officially signed a partnership agreement with ZINAD, a global cybersecurity awareness and phishing assessment leader. The signing ceremony marked a significant milestone in strengthening Starlink’s ICT distribution portfolio and extending ZINAD’s reach across the Qatari market.
Held in Doha, the ceremony brought together senior leadership from both organizations to formally conclude the agreement, which designates ZINAD as an official ICT distribution partner for Starlink. With this partnership, both companies aim to drive stronger cybersecurity capabilities across the region, offering advanced human-centric awareness tools to enterprises and government entities.
“We’re pleased to welcome ZINAD into our growing network of ICT partners,” said Cyril Anand, CEO of Starlink. “Cybersecurity today is as much about people as it is about systems. With ZINAD’s expertise and proven success across international markets, we’re confident this partnership will bring real value to clients looking to build a security-aware workforce in today’s ever-evolving threat landscape.”
Established in 2014, ZINAD has been at the forefront of cybersecurity awareness, offering AI-powered tools and assessment platforms. With operations in over 25 countries and a track record of more than 1 million licenses sold, ZINAD brings years of global insight and a deep understanding of regional needs—particularly within the GCC.
Starlink’s multi-vertical business structure, including its B2B and B2C arms, retail presence, and e-commerce strength, will provide ZINAD with a strong platform to reach enterprise and government sectors more effectively.
This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to enhancing organizational readiness against cyber threats and supporting Qatar’s digital growth ambitions through strategic ICT alignment.
