Manoj brings 17 years of expertise in Corporate Finance across the IT Distribution, Services, and BPO industries. He spent 11 years in Dubai, managing finance for the MENA region, and the last 5 years in a global leadership role with a U.S. multinational operating in 13 countries. His expertise spans Business Finance, FP&A, Controlling, Treasury, and ERP implementation.

At Sutherland, Manoj led business finance for the technology vertical, and earlier, he served as Controller for Fujitsu’s Middle East operations. He also set up operations for an IT services start-up across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kenya, and India, securing funding to fuel its growth.

Manoj began his IT services career at Emitac, a UAE-based ICT group, where he spent 5 years driving operational improvements, optimizing working capital, reducing finance costs, and implementing ERP across the group.

He is a Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS), and holds an MBA in Finance from IMT and a B.Com (Hons.) from the University of Calcutta.
